Congratulations on your recent marriage! Now is a good time to review your current benefits and make any necessary changes.

Take Action

IMPORTANT

If you don’t change your coverage within 30 days after the date of your marriage, you must wait until the next Annual Enrollment period to make the changes for certain benefits. Learn about eligibility.

Medical, Dental, Vision

  • Add your spouse to your current coverage.
  • Drop DFIN coverage to enroll in your spouse’s plan.
  • Add/drop dependent child coverage.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Enroll or increase your contribution.
  • Decrease your contribution if you or your eligible dependents become eligible under your spouse’s health plan.

NOTE: No change to your Health Care FSA is allowed when gaining a domestic partner.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Enroll or increase your contribution.
  • Decrease your contribution if your spouse is not employed.
  • Increase/decrease your contribution if your spouse makes a Dependent Care FSA coverage election under the spouse’s health plan.

  • You can enroll in or make changes to optional employee life, optional spouse/domestic partner & child life, and optional AD&D. NOTE: You may be required to provide evidence of insurability.
  • Update your beneficiary information.
