If you don’t change your coverage within 60 days after the date of the adoption, you must wait until the next Annual Enrollment period to make the changes for certain benefits. Learn about eligibility.

Medical, Dental, Vision

  • Add your child to your current coverage.
  • Drop DFIN coverage to enroll in your spouse’s plan.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Enroll or increase your contribution.
  • Decrease your contribution if you or your eligible dependents become eligible under your spouse’s health plan.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Enroll or increase your contribution.

  • You can enroll in or make changes to optional employee life, optional spouse/domestic partner & child life, and optional AD&D. NOTE: You may be required to provide evidence of insurability.
