Find a Network Dentist
Delta Dental has two networks — Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier — with bigger discounts when you use a Delta Dental PPO network dentist.
To find an in-network dentist, go to Delta Dental, download the Delta Dental mobile app or call 1-800-323-1743. If you use an out-of-network provider, the Program pays benefits in accordance with Delta Dental’s Premier maximum plan allowance.

Enhanced Benefits Program
With Delta Dental’s Enhanced Benefits Program, individuals who have specific health conditions — such as periodontal disease, diabetes, pregnancy or other specific conditions — can receive additional cleanings and/or topical fluoride applications.
